Dauphinoise Potatoes (2)

We clean the potatoes, wash them and cut them into cubes.

We boil them in salted water, and from the moment they start to boil we leave them for 10 minutes.

We clean the onions, wash them and cut them into slices.

Put the onion to harden in the hot oil, and after it has hardened, add the chicken slices and cut them into strips.

Let them cook together for 1-2 minutes.

In a heat-resistant bowl greased with a little oil, put the potatoes, onion and chicken breast, sprinkle a little salt and mix.

Put the sour cream over them, the cheese given by the grater with large mesh and put in the preheated oven until they brown nicely on top.
