Pork roll the slow cooker Crock-Pot 4.7 L

Pork roll the slow cooker Crock-Pot 4.7 L

The meat should not be very fat or very thick.

I cut it in the area where it seemed thicker. I put some canned tomatoes, tomatoes that had olive oil, and I greased the meat with this oil. I sprinkled salt, pepper, thyme, then rolled it tightly. I tied it with string to keep it stable.

I greased it with canned tomato oil, sprinkled salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, a few coriander seeds, etc.

I connected the Crock-Pot 4.7 L slow cooker. I placed the roll in the bowl, poured the beer, sprinkled a little more salt and bay leaves, added a few notched cherry tomatoes. I covered with the lid provided and I selected the Low function with a cooking time of 6 hours.

After the time spent in the cooking pot, I disconnected, transferred the ceramic pot to the oven and let it simmer for another 30 minutes.

I then took it out, took the piece of meat out of the sauce in the bowl, wrapped it in baking paper and let it cool, then let it cool until the next day.

I unwrapped the paper and cut the ties. It is sensational, it is easily sliced, extremely tasty.
