Boiled eggs are cut in half and the yolks are removed!

The yolks are crushed as small as possible, over them we put the chopped ham and the cucumbers cut into small pieces.

Season with salt and pepper!

Add in turn, stirring lightly, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of yogurt and parsley leaves. The composition must have consistency to be able to fill eggs.

Fill the egg halves!

In the remaining composition we add the rest of the mayonnaise and yogurt and make a sauce over which we put eggs!
