Cake with vanilla and chocolate ole cream

Countertops:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks, whisk the egg whites, mix the yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Pour the egg yolk mixture over the foam, stirring from the bottom up, gradually add the flour and baking powder.

We take a round oven tray that we cover with baking paper, we put half of the mixture in the tray and put it in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes on medium heat.

When the first top is ready, line the tray with baking paper and put the rest of the composition, put it in the oven for another 20-25 minutes.

Creams:

In a bowl put the milk, ole cream and whipped cream, mix well.

Put the milk to heat in a pot over medium heat, break the chocolate into pieces and put over the milk, stirring, remove from the heat and leave to cool.

We grease the first cake top with vanilla oil cream, over which we put the top 2, which we grease with the resulting chocolate cream

Mix well the liquid cream with which we will decorate.

Sprinkle white and dark chocolate over the cake (with grater).

Leave until the next day after which it can be served!
