A very good salad (it was a surprise for me too), which was a great success among the guests who came to my birthday.
- 1 cauliflower of about 1 kg
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- chopped green parsley
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Cauliflower salad:
I cleaned the cauliflower bouquets, washed it well in more water, then boiled it in salted water (I added the cauliflower when the water reached boiling point). I let it cool, letting it drain, then passed it well. I finely chopped the parsley and mashed the garlic and added them to the mashed cauliflower, mixing well. I then incorporated the mayonnaise, and finally the sour cream. I added pepper and seasoned with salt.
Delicious came out !! Unfortunately, we only got to take pictures with the casserole that we have left :)
