- 500 ml liquid cream (I used Hulala)
- 600 gr strawberries
- 10 tablespoons sugar

RECIPE PREPARATION Strawberry ice cream:
Clean the strawberries, wash them well and let the strainer drain the water well, then pass it well. Put the whipped cream in a bowl, mix it well until it increases in volume, then add the sugar gradually and mix until it melts. Add the strawberries and mix for another 2-3 minutes.
The ice cream is ready. We place it in a plastic pan and put it in the freezer. Serve after a few hours or the next day.
